The Wembley Primary School Parents & Citizens Assn Inc. (the P&C) is a registered incorporated nonprofit organisation representing the parents and community members of Wembley Primary School in Western Australia.

Established to support the school community, the P&C works in partnership with school staff to foster a culture of learning, wellbeing, and community connection for the benefit of all students, families, and teachers.

The P&C operates under the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 (WA) and is affiliated with the Western Australian Council of State School Organisations (WACSSO), the peak body for P&Cs in WA government schools.

The P&C is registered as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC).

The P&C aims to support Wembley Primary School in its mission to provide a high-quality culture and environment for learning, friendship, and personal development — for the benefit of all students, parents, teachers, and the local community.

Our Activities Include

• Running the school Canteen

• Fundraising for school projects and community initiatives

• Communicating information between teachers and parents

• Building community through social events 

• Liaising with the School Board and local council

All parents and guardians of students enrolled at Wembley Primary School are welcome to join the P&C. Annual membership costs just $1 and gives you a formal voice in decisions that shape your child's school environment.

Membership payments are made via the Qkr! app, available on iOS and Android. Search for Wembley Primary School after downloading.

The P&C operates on a fully non-profit basis. All income is directed back into programs and resources that benefit students and the school community. 

Income sources include:

• Canteen and Uniform Shop operations

• Community fundraising events

• Annual membership fees ($1 per member)

Funds are allocated to school improvement projects, classroom resources, community events, and programs identified as priorities by parents, teachers, and the school community. Financial statements are presented and reviewed annually at the P&C's Annual General Meeting.
